General Hospital's Luke and Laura documentary from ABC home video.
I grew up on a hobby farm with chores & no cell phones, board games & Happy Days~ warm memories with family. With my parents & most of my family now passed on now (my Grandma had my Mom when she was 44!! Go Grandma! 😛), it sure is nice to revisit ‘this family’~to laugh, cry & reminisce. 🥰😇🥳☀️ So thankful for the many benefits of technologies, TH-cam, being able to hear, see, walk, dance, etc., etc.! 💃🤩
I was young and never caught onto this show. But a show about Philadelphia, location/ background Philadelphia and not one frickin minority? Oh, not even a stereotypical minority..
Christ, remember landlines?
I loved this show!!!❤❤❤
Absolutely the best written, acted, and produced episode of a television drama ever. I miss this show.
Who’s Gary I can’t remember 😂
I watched this show when I was in high school. I absolutely loved it!
I cried so hard watching this episode and for me the show was never quite the same again, I guess I had a little crush on the actor’s character
This scene rattled me at the time. It just felt too real
I was 21 when I started watching this show. I was absolutely addicted to it.
I’m thinking Hope should have been comforting Micheal instead of the other way around. He was Micheal’s best friend.
I remember people being really upset over this. Shows were bigger then.
Boomers.....
Olin was talented for sure!
When Gary caught AIDS it was so sad .
These scenes still rip out my heart!!
Pay phones...beepers...like another lifetime ago...
This was my favorite tv show when I was 35. I had the T shirt. I cried my eyes out during this.
I loved this show.
I watched this show in my mid twenties and enjoyed it. This video ended up in my feed randomly and it was appropriate for this time in my life. I had a good friend pass from cancer and although he was in his early sixties and had a good life, it pissed me off that he died at a relatively young age. However, I am now at the age when friends and relatives have started dying. I understand that this is what happens in this stage of my life, but it doesn’t make it emotionally easy to handle.
Hey look, a pay phone, nice.
Loved this show! ❤
I remember SNL doing a skit during their "news" segment. They showed a picture of Gary and said "He was just a character!" because so many people were devastated.
Yes! Such a cool cast in that decade, it would be interesting to see! I watched it in my twenties & I’d love to see what happened to each of them. Reboot request!
One of the most shocking events in primetime history, remember it vividly
Michael was a real man ..look how he shielded and protected his wife..
I never watched this show, but when I got to LA the first famous people I ran into were Ken Olin and Patricia Wettig...next to me in line, at a Starbucks.
wow remember this... loved this show
I loved this show ❤
I love this show so much❤
Loved him
Loved this show. I cried when Gary died.
This show was an entire masterpiece and I was in highschool when this aired. I savored every episode.
Boy, this was sad. Whew. I loved this show and Gary’s passing was awful.
I loved that show!! One of my favorites back in the day
Ken Olin was so good!
I loved this show
I loved this show back in the day
Woman of the hour! With your super power! Is my favorite part.
30 something was ny favorite show. I cried at Garys death. Ken Olin was amazing. The scene where he went to see the wrecked car after Hope and his baby were in an accident. The show dealt with the realities of the time and i want to watch the series again.
Ken Olin and Patricia Wettig are 70/72 years old respectively. Are still a married couple!
In my early twenties, I used to watch Thirty Something as inspiration to make something of myself. I wanted to be a Yuppie with a nice clean office job. No one in my family had even graduated from high school and I saw an education as a way out of the life I had. Struggled through a community college. Then a university and even graduate school. I even worked in advertising for several years. I just always thought, "If rich kids can do it, so can I!" Looking back, I realize that the odds of me making it were pretty slim, but I did! It was quite a journey.
Why the boy releasing the blue balloon?
Thanks for this wonderful post, I never missed a show, and I remember everyone of these clips!!!!! ending always suck!!!! 😭
I know one thing about gh is full of drama on abc
This was some damn good 📺 in the 80's. I was a kid and I used to haul ass home after school to watch every episode
Hollywood is far from reality, don't forget it.
