Could be worth mentioning that the Lev Sniper's damage profile is only half the output of her attacks. She can only attack every other turn, and she broadcasts what arrow she's using next, so her damage output is effectively halved unless she's having to retreat where she gets some chip damage. And the reason Focus Ring is the way it is, you can circumvent the penalty by just attacking, using friendly skill, attacking, using friendly skill, or just amping the fuck out of a low ACC attack like on Leper or Thrall, so you have a strong alpha strike. Being reduced to "only" +5 ACC afterwards means that even if you do a follow-up swing, you're still getting some reasonable benefit from it. And changing the roll from 8 to 12 reduces the RNG spread by 25% because the numbers were doubled. If it was 8 still, the turn order spread would have been cut in half, which is a bit too much. The benefits of some contraband may not always be immediately apparent, but experienced players will be able to sing praises about the power that many of them can contribute. Losing 15% DMG from the MaA's trinket is basically meaningless to DoT heroes, bonk vestal is more workable than ever, and periapt makes her a combo DPS and main healer. Banner gives Crus a stronger heal and a DoT cure. DoT cure has literally no upward limit in its healing power via damage prevention, and the self bleed/blight have to roll against his resists. The increase to the value of loot you can find means that even a retreat can pay for itself if you made it at least halfway through. And of course, using your camps for buffs instead of recovery has always been the play. In DD1, in modded DD1, and especially in BR. Preventative measures are the name of the game.

Are you playing this on the Wii or on the 3DS or maybe an emulator because if you have a 3DS I wish I can have more friends so I can hunt I'm not done with this Monster Hunter 3 Freedom unite not even 4 or Generations but I do appreciate the video it helped a lot
