Doesn't most places let you apply for short term (two year) then long term (4year) stays? At lest that is how most of the world works is Visiting which is normally 3 months, and you can get short then long and then you can apply for citizen ship at 5 years in most places

We were in Disney World in November (left the day before Thanksgiving) and checked Shades of Green out, what a wonderful staff. Booked us for our 50th Anniversary in June AND after our Disney Cruise in November so we’ll be spending our 50th Anniversary AND Thanksgiving in Disney World and at The Shades of Green (plus starting at Hale Koa in Feb) Hello 2023;)

Not sure if you're aware of this, but BJ's only prices things at its stores based on direct local competitors. They could care less what a Costco 20 miles away is pricing things, but will match to the penny next door competition like Aldi.
