Idk why but from time to time the mag timeline stops working. I often have to restart the app for it to work, but if you lap two video tracks or a video and audio track, it no longer works for me. Now like right now while editing, I just have a audio track and the mag timeline, snap and even the link is clicked ( i also unclicked the link) and it doesn't work. This will make breath cuts a strenuous task. Any help?

It is very important to be able to copy, paste and delete effects on a video!!! Still, I asked Filmora and the first person said that this is not possible, they would pass the information on to their technical team. I tried to tell them that this was possible maybe 1 year ago, no use. Right afterwards someone else sent me a message with this link to your video. All rather crazy? Yes, that dropdown menu was what existed one year ago, when I first bought Filmora 13, but no more. How is that possible?

Hi tnx for sharing this ,When i export in 9:16 besid has black background actually i zoom video to fit 9:16 in software app show without black screen besid but after export video look like desktop video size and didn't cut just put my video in center what should i do?

Hi from France; I bought Filmora 13 Mac yesterday, without Filmstock option, and I found your video after some searches. I'd like to delete all the "pink diamonded" effects, titles, trnasitions audio... and just keep the free ones, other wise first I may get some surprise using pink diamond by mistake, second all those files are so numerous it'difficult to just see the one I want to use. Thanks if you have a solution, very complicated to communicate with Wondershare support.

Nice video. My motion tracking icon is greyed out. It simply does not work. What can be wrong? I just installed V13 a week ago.

I want output to be jpg, but it's PNG. When right or left clicking on the camera it just takes a screenshot, but does not give the box you show to change setings? Any help please from anyone?

I just updated from 12 to 13 and now it freezes when converting. That means I can't upload to youtube or to my hard drive. I did well with 12 and have spent a year learning Filmora and find myself lost with other editors. Any ideas?

Im trying to use it but its just not working

GPU acceleration got broken since filmora 12. I was using v11.7 and GPU decoding/encoding was fully available. Now I'm using v13 and It drains cpu like hell even on idle. Filmora needs to fix this.

not seeing window pop up

I have a problem in motion Tracking in filmora. I am driving instructor and upload my videos of driving lessons on youtube. normally the length of my video is 30 minutes. Many times I need to show learner driver passinng the cyclist. I need to show motion tracking of the cyclist or a padestrian. The cyclist appear in the video for 5 secs almost at 14th Minute and the padestrian appear in video for 3 seconds at 20th minute of the video. I am unable to find out that how to do the motion tracking at 14th minute for 5 second and at 20th minute for 3 seconds. Kindly assist me by making a video and send me the link.
