All you did was hang it... try install it, I.e. with a fan. Also I just bought this product and charcoal is spilling everywhere from the bag when unboxed, is this normal? I suspect the one in the video has no charcoal in it since it’s so clean looking
Good suggestion. It is normal the carbon dust often leak a bit during shipping.
