    I can hardly wait to go party at The Revelry bar opening next door! It will be a hoot! Live music venue! Booze! Party! Kelowna needs more places like The Revelry to breathe some life back to this stale, stuffy old town with all that filthy money clogging the rental market up. Cheers!

    Kelowna should be jam packed with sky scrapers with reasonable condo prices because the reality is only rich people are going to be able to afford houses in that area because it’s so desirable. Trade off for not being able to have a house should be reasonable rent in a high rise with good views of the lake and mountains and then put the rest of the land as rich neighbourhoods and use the taxes to put the other part of the land as parks and beaches so both upper and lower income can use it.

      I guarantee 90% of these rich, multi-million dollar sky-boxes will be the future skid row when the markets collapse. Kelowna will be like a ghost town. It is the lower paid people that keep Kelowna running. A lot of young people are giving up on Kelowna because they can't afford rent. Kelowna made a HUGE mistake by only building rich people housing.
