Salsify, or Oyster Plant, is such an edible, versatile and beautiful plant to grow. It's not a very common crop, but it certainly could be if more people knew about it! Here I discuss my beginnings with growing this plant, sharing some notes and observations. Also, I look ahead to 2025, discussing some new ideas regarding growing methods.
