Nice to see the Rio Grande ski train with correct PS Combine by Palace Car Company (I have the same model!) and is that the correct Wilson McCarthy business car 100 at the end. Scene cut away before I could get a good look.

LOVE IT!!! Of all the fantastic layouts I've seen, this is the first one that I could actually view as a real train rather than a model. The only change I would suggest is to do some weathering on the building on stilts. Well Done!

Nice Effort on the Sunset! The Walthers mainline models are close to the Budd equipment. I suggest you run the 10-6 sleepers with the Vestibules Forward! That's the way the Espee ran them. The mainline sleeping cars are copies of New York Central sleepers (I'm pretty sure). NYC ran their 10-6's with the Vestibules to the rear. I assume you've looked at the interior details and noticed that the roomettes (seats) are facing away from the Vestibule. On Espee sleepers, the roomettes (seats) faced the vestibules. Walthers (pre mainline) made an excellent 10 -6 sleeper in the Sunset Limited's Scheme that's fairly accurate. It was actually a Union Pacific "Pacific Series" 10-6 sleeper. No, it's not perfect, but I believe it better represents the Sunset Limited sleepers. I've retro fitted mine with the correct Espee trucks from Walther's to better represents the prototype trucks on the Sunset Limited sleepers. Still a great effort on your Sunset!

Whenever I watch one of these videos, I always find it amazing that so much time appears to have been spent on scenery to make it realistic, but little or no time spent on locomotives or rolling stock (weathering). Everything looks right out-of-the-box, with their bright plastic colors!

Like reading about the history of the Hiawatha's and the Milwaukee Road in general but am not a fan of Union Pacific - that armor yellow just doesn't do anything for me, bit like not being a fan of the Great Western Railway here in England. Kato's lovely n scale model is what got me interested in the MILW and the likes of Soo Line/CP and Norfolk Southern.

Beautiful train, And certainly one that deserves to be on a NAPM video. Foreign railroads had some quite interesting trains. There are a few British steamers I'd like to have, like the Gresley Pacific's. the A3's in particular, but also the streamlined A4's. Also the British Rail class & Britannia's.

Outstanding presentation, from the station departure, to leaving the city limits, the country side scenery, the bridges and tunnels, and of course the music selection. Very well done!
