My son is studying in uk. He left India on sept 9, came for holiday in dec arriving in delhi on dec 15 and departing on jan 3 and would be staying in london past the end of the year. According to my calculation that's staying outside India for more than 182 days but he has been I India for much longer than 365 days in preceding 4 years so can I file his returns as non resident indian or would he be considered resident due to 365 days condition

Tata Motors has a history of a great turn around Story. Remember the shambles the company was after the Jaguar Land Rover deal. But it made a historic comeback. Ratan Tata was at the helm then, has left some pretty big shoes to fill. Will Noel Tata succeed? Only time will tell.

recently mahindra overtook tata motors and became 3 largest player in auto sector and in ev space MG with its BaaS model will definatly give challenge Tata on the other hand the their british subsidries JLR are not preforming good especially the jauger is in deep trouble as the new models are not gaining the attention consumer has turned there backs on the restructering done with jauger. On one hand there is threat of peer taking market and other is there is rise in demand of luxury and high end cars yet JLR is not performing well there are fundamental flaws in tata motors.
