We tried to connect the laptop and printer via Wi-Fi, then there was probably a power surge, and after that only a black stripe on a white background remained on the display. Należy wtedy wyjąć wtyczkę z drukarki a potem ponownie podłączyć. Błąd powinien zniknąć. Jeśli to nie pomoże to konieczne może jeszcze być skasowanie licznika "flsbk" tą samą procedurą. Na filmie widać tą pozycję w menu.

È perché non rileva la cartuccia o non stampa? Se le nuove cartucce sono compatibili con il modello di stampante, la scheda del sensore potrebbe essere danneggiata. Prova a sostituirne uno alla volta con la stampante accesa. Installare i "vecchi" contenitori e poi sostituirli uno ad uno con quelli nuovi. Fammi sapere se è stato d'aiuto.

La stampante rileva il contenitore attraverso il chip installato. Potrebbero essere danneggiati oppure la stampante ha subito un aggiornamento e ora non rileva questi chip. Controllerò la documentazione del servizio nel mio tempo libero per vedere se è possibile aggirare questo problema.

Hi ask setup inks , which coming with printer , but I have not. I put normal inks , but printer show on the screen "please reinstall inks" .

This printer is compatible with LC3213 inks. The cartridges have a chip. They may be damaged. With the printer turned on, remove each cartridge one at a time and reinstall it. First, do an ink flush because the ink may have drained from the tubes and that's why you don't have a printout. This option is available in the printer driver. If this does not help, I then remove the head from the printer and rinse it with liquid to clear the heads. I use a syringe with a tube of the appropriate diameter. printer wasn't used for long time, reset, adding extra ink plus extensive print head cleaning through driver were enough, thank you Sir:)
