What about greasing the zerk fittings
Think maybe I didn’t get the axle in all the way…
Sloppy on diff
I had just replaced my front axles with tusk. Right front twisted and is sloppy as hell. 2012 RZR800S
@@BeardedBart Were you running SuperATV axles prior or just the stock axles? To be honest I’m not a huge fan of the Tusk line of products. They never fit correctly, or don’t last. But if it’s working for you then that’s great news! Did the axle twist, the CV boot or the actual CV?
Ahh your primary clutch should not come apart in two pieces it takes a spider tool to take them apart..
What kind of side mirrors do you have?
@@nathanluder1852 These mirrors are from Kartek. They usually go on Baja bugs and buggies normally.
Lol. 99% of what's on your rag is aluminum
@@spencermoser492 Yes that’s what happens when you resurface something. That’s like saying when you’re sanding a piece of wood and then comment saying 99% of the dust you see is wood. 😂
Hello, "STOKED 2 SHRED" I was analyzing your channel and saw that in your channel have some problem, That's why your channel is not much growing and not getting much engagement, If you can solve these problems, Your channel will grow like a storm. If you tell I can tell these problems. Where can I tell? Here or email?
looking freaking bad ass! I love the new plastics. Its a good little refresher. Im wanting to do something similar once I pull the trigger on doing a full chassis for short course. Fingers crossed for 2025!
BADASS!
The chassis is looking great. So much better looking than the old chassis. I really like the new front plastics you put on it. The doors are pretty slick too. Keep the motivation going. It's a lot of work you are doing.
@@Slappyracecars Thank you so much, it’s a ton of work honestly. Especially just for one person to do by themselves. But in the end I can say I 100% built this car and maybe it will help motivate someone to build one too!

I know it’s years later but would you recommend this kit
@@gerardolozano2185 Honestly, I’m not super impressed with this kit. If it were me and I had the chance to do it all over again, I would go with the Kryptonite kit.
🤘🏼
I don't know why people like you try to make informational videos and you don't really know what you're doing..
No point in using the secondary "clutch tool" to remove the belt when you're removing the clutches anyway...
@@backwoodschan You use the belt tool to spread the sheaves and release tension on the belt so you don’t have to fight the belt when pulling the secondary. It’s not rocket science, just common sense.
@STOKED2SHRED2 lol no. When you remove the secondary bolt the halves will split. No need to use the tool. The tool is for removal and installation of the belt without splitting the halves.
@@backwoodschan I’m not saying it’s not possible because what you said is true. It’s the way I do it, and that’s the way you choose to do it. I choose the way that’s not going to put any added pressure on anything. Which doesn’t make it wrong or proper way, just the way I choose to do it. Nothing wrong with that.

So did it help??
“Wood block situation “ it’s only dumb if it doesn’t work, right. Car is looking well… like a car, crushing it!. Looking forward to seeing this continue to unfold 🤘 coming along great, keep it up! 🍻
Looks so sick!
@@SchmidtysOffroad Thanks man!! 🤙🏼
Looks like a racecar now! 👍👍
@@Dustin_Curley Heck yeah, it’s coming along!!! 🥳
Isn't it funny how everyone who buys rzr is replacing tie rods and a bunch of other shit! Why don't the manufacturer already have the best shit on them. I'm totally willing to pay the extra cost of it. Its just dumb and its probably a money thing. Idk its just frustrating 😕
This is great! You should have more subs…
@@bp9027 I agree, I definitely need more subs! Thanks for tuning in. I appreciate you watching and commenting. Happy 4th 🍻
I know basic mechanics but was clueless about side by sides. Your videos helped me a lot with my 2020 pro xp and now I just got a 2024 pro xp. Thanks for the great videos bro💪💪
Awesome glad to hear it. I appreciate you watching and I’m happy to know these videos helped you out. If you ever have any questions hit me up on Instagram! Always happy help. 🍻

I don’t think it should come apart like that, may want to check with your dealership and talk to a tech
What's up braadha David!!!🤙Ron Vegas from Vegas Racing just keeping up with what is going on with your build. Can't wait to see what it is going to look like. Sounds like you have a good plan on what you want to do. Right on braadha David catch you in the next video. 🤙🤙
Ronald!!! What’s up my man!? 🤙🏼 I appreciate you tuning in. I have another video coming out Sunday and next Tuesday already in the queue so be sure to hit that bell so you’re notified when it comes out. It’s already starting to look badass. Can’t wait to start fabbing up the rest!
I’m pumped
🙌
Stay tuned for this awesome build series! 🤘🏼
As @rachelallen9772 pointed out, there are several things wrong with what you are doing. I'll start out by saying, from your comments and what you are observing when you opened this shock, I'm going to guess this is your first time in these shocks in the 3 years since you put them on. You are obviously a fan of Liqui Moly but never show any consideration to the oil weight you are adding. Did you add just any weight or replace with what you had? At the 20:15 mark, you fill the shock with your new oil to nearly the top....the ONLY way that happens is if the IFP in the reservoir has not been removed. Now you have a huge air bubble below the IFP. To further add to your apparent lack of knowledge is using a tire valve extension Vs. a no loss chuck...regardless of what you say. You should not be making this video. 100% guarantee this is NOT how to replace shock oil to all those watching!
Well, first off the shocks work just fine and have put 1,000 race miles since this video. Shocks are perfect 👌🏼. I don’t disclose the actual weight of the shock oil because this is prototype oil that isn’t just from off the shelf. The IFP was not removed, but they were bled to push out any air bubbles that could be in the system, just not shown in the video. The fact that I chose to use a tire valve is by choice. I check the nitrogen with my Fox no loss chuck and there is always proper amount of nitrogen in the shock. So just because I didn’t do it the conventional way, doesn’t make it wrong. It works just fine. Like stated above I’ve since gone through the shocks and everything is golden and have proven that the LM oil used far surpasses the quality oil that was originally in it before.
You can also use a chisel and rubber mallet

nice, but you forgot to put grease on it, so it wasn't fully installed indeed.
It is amazing how watching so many TH-cam videos regarding installing new forks, this step is left out. Thank for the tip. Heading to Lowes now.
What was the crunching sound when you rotated while sitting on it at the end?
Nice now I can use the pipe for a didgeridoo 👌🏻 cheers man

You are touching the clean scuffed surface with your dirty hand.
I’m pretty sure he knows, but good eye. 🤷🏻♂️
Did you fab that flange yourself to connect muffler to head pipe?
Are you racing a 4 seater?
No, I race a 2 seat Pro XP. You can check out my Instagram or Facebook for recent photos and videos of the build. @ stoked.2.shred
Hell yeah brother!
Poor baby you get blister from my steering wheel!! Lol 🤣🤣🤣 grow some balls!
Park Tool is waaaay over priced for what they sell. Used this PCV pipe method myself a few times. Although I usually add some lube to make things move along easier. A lot of my Automotive tools can be used for bike maint. as well. Hell I use a cheap steering wheel puller and a couple pieces of flat light steel(with holes drilled/tapped in the appropriate places) to press in new Headset cups.
