I think the Dons name will soon go. MK haven’t had any affiliation with Wimbledon for twenty years. Morally, all the history of Wimbledon FC now belongs to AFC Wimbledon. AFCW are now back in Merton, back in Plough Lane, have all the trophies Wimbledon FC won and now own all former Wimbledon FC website domains. The only ones who still keep that Dons name going are former Wimbledon fans who followed them to MK. Even then, that number is now probably less than 200 fans.
