Great video- everything that you said is 100% true. I’d like to add: it’s important to reply to messages/emails promptly. When customers send me messages about my products whether it’s a question, they’re wanting to purchase, etc., I reply immediately. I can’t tell you how many times customers thank me for responding quickly and they become repeat customers. Also, if I don’t reply immediately, I may forget to which could cause me to lose a customer! Running your own business is 24/7. Unless I’m eating dinner or driving, I respond- even if it’s to tell them I’ll check back with them tomorrow when I’m back in the shop.

Hey I try and practice pretty much all of these. I've been a business owner before. I didn't realize when I started doing markets I was putting myself right back into the business world. Guess I thought this was just going to be something different. Boy was I wrong. We're now getting custom orders and our business is thriving, and I would like to thank Bill for that. Good morning. I am a Round-House owner. I own two pairs of denim, one pair of brown duck, one pair of black duck, a couple of pairs of carpenter jeans, a pair of hickory strip bibs, and a pair of slim fit jeans. Yes all USA made from cotton and American labor and American parts. I do not care to own any other brand. Bib overalls are the most common sense clothing. Thank you for your cool videos.
