I have this mom cozy fan. It works well but it’s supposed to be fully charged Once the lights stop blinking!!! and they are steady for mine takes over four hours to charge I know it’s charged, this fan has been charging since 6 PM. It is now 10:52pm and the lights are still blinking!!!! WHAT THE HELL!!?
With it being a 8000mAh battery, its basically a power brick. So charge time is very dependent on the output of the charge source. For instance, if you’re using one of those little 1 amp bricks that used to come with phones, it would take quite some time. Of course other factors go into it too, but I would make sure you have atleast a couple amps that you’re charging it with. Glad it works well though!
