The force multiplier a single 9-man squad can produce is insane in Squad. You can work Fobs (habs + weapon assets like mortars, ATGMs, .50’s). You can work a vehicle as mechanized infantry. Even purely playing as an infantry squad can be so impactful. Generally as an infantry squad I split fireteams into anti-tank, and anti-personal/security. Having an MG and/or grenadier in the security/support fireteam is huge. Likely more impactful than having HAT…. Suppression can’t be valued enough!

Good vid. I had an Invasion round on Gorodok yesterday, and the SL did the EXACT same YOLO run to the same first point and we all died the exact same way, and I was playing Russians too. I actually stopped the vid to look at the squad names cuz I was wondering if it was my game. That's how exact it was. :D
