We tipped the butlers every time we called for room service or assistance anywhere between $10-$20 (USD). We also tipped the bartenders, chefs, wait staff, housekeepers and landscapers throughout the duration of our stay for the great service and hospitality we received. We recommend tipping within your budget and level of service you receive but also keeping in mind it is a luxury resort. We hoped this helped! 💚

Thank you so much for watching! 💚. This trip to Grand Palladium was actually our second time staying at that resort. The food, entertainment and beach were great as always. However, we both agreed Serenity at Coconut bay in St. Lucia, took the word “vacation” to a new level we never seen! Their hospitality accompanied with the food, entertainment and bungalow styled rooms was by far our best vacation to date! For a honeymoon we would highly recommend Serenity at Coconut bay. Its an exclusive adults only resort that provided a very intimate setting. And when you tell the staff what you’re celebrating (honeymoon, anniversary, birthday etc) they are sure to make it special! So for the cruise, we actually booked it through the butler at Serenity but we later found out he went to the excursions desk at the Coconut Bay resort (the sister resort to Serenity located on the same compound). Hello! Thanks for watching! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to watch a lot of the the shows since we had dinner late, but they had nightly entertainment every night after the show until about midnight. The night club was closed due to covid. The resort does have a sports bar that was opened late and serves food though. Hope this helped! And don’t forget to subscribe 🛎💚!

Hello! Thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe 🔔💚!! When we went in April, we believe all but one restaurant was not open. So sorry that we cannot remember specifically which one it was. We mainly ate at the buffet during our stay. As for wait times, there were certain peak times where there was a slight wait. We typically encountered the wait time during breakfast between 9:00am to about 10:30am. However, the wait to be seated was no more than 10-15 minutes. We hope this helps & enjoy your trip!💚

Their night club was still closed due to Covid but they had live entertainment and DJs in the outdoor performance areas. We had dinner on the beach at an additional cost. The dinner was not included in the all inclusive package. Hope this helped!💚

Yes! We had to first get the PCR covid test, upload the results to the country’s travel authorization site, wait for them to review it and then they sent the travel authorization form approving us the travel. Hope this helped! And thanks for watching! 💚

How was it?

@@caramelchic123 Overall it was a great experience. Especially the excursions. The only downside was that we didn't get the same butler service that was mentioned in this video or by tripadvisor reviews. We at one point did not get the dinner listed on the menu. Couldn't get scissors or a corkscrew. Certainly did not get off menu items or surprise parties like other people got. Overall though it was great the people were pleasant . The resort was beautiful and definitely look at exploring outside the resort too.

Serenity and Coconut Bay are sister resorts located on the same compound. We stayed at Serenity, which is the adults only, luxury resort.

We booked the excursion through the resort directly. The butler booked it for us and we were picked up from Serenity. I am not sure of the exact name of the company they are contracted with. Sorry!

Yes, mask were required and enforced.
