Typho can also give a unit your opponent controls sentinel to pull it up to the front with another sentinel they have in play. Super niche use, but it could have play sometimes.

While I agree with the comments about OB, it’s a very strong card, the Ashoka player forgot about 2-3 times in the first game to use her to get that +1 damage, might’ve changed the outcome honestly.

Agree with other commenter. OB is too OP, the ability to do damage to both space and ground lanes plus then attack to base is too much. No reason not to play a yellow/green/villain combo.

It really does seem like set one front-loaded power to get people hooked into the game, which I don't necessarily think was the wrong choice, but it has left an interesting aftershock of making people think that set two and three legendaries suck. I disagree, I just think the overpowered nature of some of the set one cards really skew perception on what powerful cards are supposed to look like. I think if I could click my fingers and change the way some cards work, I think Overwhelming Barrage would exhaust the unit you play it on. I think it even makes logical sense - the thing is busy barraging something, it doesn't have the time to also be attacking things. To quote The IT Crowd, "I can't read while I'm also trying to see things!" And on the same note, I think I'd prefer it if Avenger was on played/on defeat. Again, on defeat even makes sense for the literal name of the card. You kill it, it gets revenge.

2:56... there's no night and day better deck hahaha! They're made to go against each other. Draws will influence how the game goes for sure. But trust me, they can both win^^

Can’t wait to play with the new set

i've been only testing palpatine on forcetable since hes come out. Against meta sabine meta boba and many other brews from set 2 and 3. I did lose a few games to the bot on Sabine but i think i have a pretty decent list. The real value is getting to play the best cards in cunning both heroic and villan. my perfect curve is turn 1 play a 2 resource heroic. ideally this is an omega and hitting another phase 1 or 2 clone from her ability. turn 2 attack with omega and hopefully trade. play a Millennium Falcon then flip palpatine. turn 3 pay a resource to keep Falcon in play and then play a Boba Fett for 3, attack with Falcon. Flip Palpatine. at this point your starting to generate so much value and you gain a crazy card advantage from flipping palp and omega. The double Cunning Unit Palpatine plays as a pseudo leader later on in the game. effective with cards like Drop In and Creative Thinking. I think the Palpatine leader should only be played in double yellow but i'd see why people would lean into blue Im just figuring out if i want to go all in on self bouncing "when played" units like Bazine and Bohdi or if i should go more towards the triple dark raids, sneak attacks. Finally Wartime Profitering is probably the best consistant one drop villany card dto flip palp. you can even play it for 1 and no effect just to flip if your desperate. The ratio of heroic units and Villany cards dwill be the harddest part about building this deck

Tyler played Padme in the FFG Twin Suns livestream and it made me think she could be very good

I think clome is actually unplayable IMO. What are you copying at 7 resources that you wouldn't just play? Copy your wrecker? Just play wrecker. It doesn't even clone space units. It's far too expensive to be competitive and feels like a win more card.

I think ahsoka might be strong into Savine because if you go for ahsokas base she can set up her coordinate and then out value the sabine player. We will see.

After seeing Shadowed Intentions, I started working on a yellow obi wan list. Force keyword seems awesome for I am one with the force, Mystic reflection and It binds all things.

Why did ffg do obi wan so dirty.. one of the most beloved characters and the leader is so simple and bad

I'm interested in seeing how much versatility set 3/Coordinate is going to give to Boba Daimyo. Selective buffing already buffed units, and having him deployed and everything with Coordinate getting buffed could be gross and I love it for him.

IMO mono blue decks are above boba because you have to get the right cards at the right time for boba to win that match up

I think my favorite art this set was the promo alt art for the Millennium Falcon. The blue glow is just so clean.

Also the trooper defeating and then playing grievous and then giving him an xp doesn’t work like that

It’s ok, people will just stop playing. If they don’t fix the control style in this game it will die. Seen enough people quit because of it already so we will see if FFG fixes glaring problems like boba, ECL, cunning, and of course, hard removal decks that are just boring and not fun.
