I'd wager this was between 1998-2000 due to how slide is played, he adjusted the song pattern around 2001 -2002 before the gutterflower tour, and he is still playing it in the way it was played on the dizzy tour, he also messes up black balloon which could indicate that the song hasn't been out for long and John is still getting used to playing it live. Additionally the way he sings the chorus in Black Balloon is how he sung it on the Dizzy Tour
