      Great questions. I just use peeled garlic, but you could do a roasted garlic version! Infused oil with removed ingredients will typically last up to a year or more if you store it properly - that means away from sunlight and in cool temperatures. Without removing the ingredients, it can last for 2-4 weeks in airtight glass jars or bottles at room temperature and up to a year in the refrigerator.

    How long would you say the asparagus cooked for?

      From start to finish, the whole recipe takes about 15 minutes, including the cooking of the mushrooms and garlic. Asparagus is done when it is bright green and easy to bite into, but not soft. Hope that helps! Thank for watching!
