I wish the Getty home was angled in a way that you could see the city views from the living room area and primary bedroom. Seems to me only the roof top deck, pool deck and the stairwell have city view. You think that will prevent it from selling for the asking price?
It’s all about the views from this property. You still get city views just more Westside city views rather than eastside. I don’t think that will be the determining factor in the sales price.
