Hope you found this video useful. My car is a 2002 Toyota Camry V6, but the job is the same on most cars. *Forgot to mention in the video, if your brake calipers are very old and have lots of rust, use a wire brush to remove the rust from the bolts and some spray to loosen it up (WD 40, PBlaster). It is highly unlikely that a knock sensor would ever go-- try to find the knock instead. Start by raising the octane of the gas.

      I filled my Camry with 91 octane and the code gets triggered at the exact same time as with 87 octane. The code triggers when I reach 54 mph. No matter if I accelerate fast or slowly

      @@alexisluna8740 The EGR valve is letting too much exhaust gas unevenly into one or two of the combustion chambers, due to clog up of one/two the intake ports, this will cause a miss and a knock on the affected power stroke. An immediate cure: disconnect the electric feed to the EGR valve. This will end the miss and the knock. It will turn the engine light on, and it will stay on. However, you will no longer harm the engine. The engine will be dirty for NOX...but will have more power, and better mileage. The last time I had ports cleaned out it was 1500.00

    I cured my own decade long depression by micro dosing psilocybin (0.10g of cubensis mushrooms twice a day). It's been 3 years since any symptoms of depression or use of psilocybin. However, the problem with psychedelics is all of them make you realize the paradox of perception in every moment and that is a 'pandoras box' for most, throwing many into psychosis and schizophrenia. Psychedelics are usefull however if you are aware that you must steer the ship yourself so to speak, to create new habits of thought. YOU !!!ABSOUTELY MUST!!! consciously decide what your thoughts and emotions will be, to create the pattern that creates your habits. If you take psychedelics expecting them to work automatically you will be on an uncontrollable ride and crash from not steering the ship. Psychedelics are being marketed as an automatic cure for emotional issues, they are not. But they can be a controlled cure if you take responsibility for your own emotions. How you feel is absolutely up to you. If you feel negative, it may not be due to you, or your fault, but it is absolutely your responsibility to decide to feel differently. Repeated trauma causes repeated sadness, anger, etc. creating habits of thought and emotion. Taking psychedelics in high or low doses keeps you in the present moment without dwelling on negative pasts or predicting negative futures. This prolonged state in the present moment simply allows you the opportunity to create new, healthy habits of thought. It's that simple but all of it falls on you to create your own mind. It will not happen for you automatically. Marketing psychedelics as an automatic cure will throw most into a much worse situation. Imagine the majority of the population being traumatized by a bad trip and feeling out of control, then compensating with ego and aggresion to regain control or giving up..... not good for any of us. We are such simple creatures who experience states of exitement and calm, that's it. The difference between negative and positive states of excitement is simply your belief in your well being, or disbelief in your well being and that is where the paradox in every moment is. It's up to you, it takes practice.

    • @RyanHellyer
      @RyanHellyer 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I followed the procedure used by the Imperial College study into treatment resistant depression. It worked. I consumed 10 mg of psilocybin (in the form of 1 g of psilocybin cubensis mushrooms, because I didn't have easy access to pure psilocybin in capsule form as used in the study) in combination with ongoing psychotherapy. I didn't have access to a hospital room as used in the study, but I think doing it at home is probably more effective anyway, as it leaves you more at rest. Most of the experience was had with a blindfold on and relaxing "spacey" music playing through headphones. I occasionally removed the blindfold and headphones to discuss the experience with my friend who was there to support me through the experience. While blindfolded, I tried to focus on asking myself why various aspects of my life were not going as intended. I asked myself why certain things stressed me out and why I became angry at some things; I didn't realise it at the time, but this seemed to provoke a lot of emotional experiences which helped in a deeply profound way in the weeks following the trip. For legal reasons, my psychotherapist was not able to be present during the treatment, but they did join later in the day once the majority of the effects had worn off and during the months following it. The Imperial College procedure included a jump to 25 mg if the 10 mg dose was insufficient. I did not need the dose increase though. The effects of that initial dose were abrupt and life changing. My first psilocybin treatment was the most deeply profound and positive experience of my existence. My life underwent an abrupt change (mostly for the better) in the weeks following the treatment. It was also the most terrifying experience of my life.

    • @RyanHellyer
      @RyanHellyer 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      My biggest piece of advice, is to make sure you are absolutely prepared as well as possible. You need to be very clear on what your purpose of doing the trip is and how you are going to approach it.

    • @RyanHellyer
      @RyanHellyer 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      BTW, you can also attend treatment clinics in the Netherlands. The Synthesis Institute is one of the larger ones and has direct connections to the Imperial College study I mentioned earlier. The price for the treatments is extremely high though and I suspect you can just get the same effect for free by doing it at a home. I was going to attend the Synthesis Institute myself, but the coronapocalypse stymied that plan hence I ended up doing it at home. But in retrospect I'm very happy with how it worked out. I think if you plan well enough and have a clear goal, then doing it at home is probably as effective or possibly even more so, since you may be more relaxed when in your home environment.

If all else fails a manufacturing summer internship, or Amazon, TMOBILE in Seattle. You can learn Amazon's cloud infrastructure and be a cloud engineer. I think Covid is currently taking a huge toll on peoples mental health, and psychedelics can offer an effective treatment against it.
