The bike isn’t heavy, and my friend rode my ZX4r and he loves it, he actually wants to buy the same thing and he’s your height it would be his first bike also. The bike is very nimble, I’d say it’s just a bit heavier than a ninja 500. You won’t be able to flat foot the bike though

I looked at the z500, ninja 500, z650, ninja 650.. they are sooooo comfortable but they don’t excite me as much as the zx4rr and the last thing I want to do is get a first bike I’m gonna want to get rid of in a month or so

The problem is after a tune it’ comes out to around the same price. It should 2k more than a ninja 500 not , 700 less than a zx6

@ I’ve had my 500 for 6 months and ridden over 12,000 miles on it. Twisties, cities, highways you name it. It’s more than capable. Specifically for highway 🛣️ I’m riding around 95-105mph with no problem although the bike is all the way up in the RPMs it likes that shit. I’ll be doing a trip from NC to ATL Georgia next riding season.

It’s great if you get it used, i wouldn’t recommend brand new unless you have cash to burn. I bought mine for around 8k and some change, but if you buy brand new in. Canada you’re looking at 13.5 or more after taxes and fees

@@pinhead4166 yea the torque of the 650 is really useful for everyday riding. ZX4r would shine on the track but even for that I’d rather have a 600. You’ll love the zx6 my friend has one in black

@@shibapatrol801 very true but most people unfortunately don’t do the research, my car burns oil so I’m very used to it but some people follow the manufacturer oil maintenance recommendations not knowing you should be doing it a lot earlier

Can you tell me what will be the insurance cost of zx6r and z900 pero month in toronto ?

@@etobiCRACKscorpions that’s a lot, but my bike is a single R not the RR so you get a couple of extra features at least.

I’ll prefer z900 because the price is almost same !! Zx6r is expensive and the insurance will be expensive too !! So i’ll go with z900 though i like faired bikes more but no problem 🙂I’ll get used to and after sometime i’ll upgrade to a ltr class s1000rr or zx10r 😬

@ Z900 is a great bike, and it would be better on insurance than a zx6 but I’m not sure by how much

I bought the 25 ZX-6R. If the 4 was cheaper, I would already own it.
