Vinnie was shown very little respect from Paul sr he made the right choice leaving he should've done it earlier and at the time when the company would've respected him, (half way through a deadline)

Senior say that is a microcosm of why his business failed. He had that same attitude with Jr. and it buried the company. Such a fool.

Never knew shit about cars or fabrication but I watched monster garage religiously and I respected Jesse James for his no nonsense approach. If the joker on the show was all bark and no bite then he wasn't a fan.

Sr is an ass

Employees are replaceable the business is not gonna stop because of one guy that’s the truth, many employees get this feeling that the company they work for will fall apart when they leave and for the most part it’s just not true. However when you have someone like vinnie that is not only a great employee, very skilled but he was a team player that everyone loves and that’s what is VERY hard to find! They could find someone with more skills but he might be an asshole that nobody likes and that can destroy the team attitude and make people quit. It’s not always About having the absolute highest skilled workers for instance one of my friends who worked with me (automotive repair shop) he wasn’t a very skilled mechanic but the work that he did know how to do was very good quality I would never question his work never need to worry that he didn’t tighten something up, he came in early every day, he got out of the automotive business like 8 years ago and back then he was making 12 bucks an hour at this one shop and I hired him at 20hr at a shop I was running because of the Quality of his work and his work ethic. I could have hired someone with way more skills but when u have a quality employee like that you keep them. He lives an hour away now which is too bad because I own my own shop now and I’d hire him in a second.

Sr. didn't deserve to have any good people work for him. He's a nightmare.
