How do you remove the pic guard? Nice playing
@@boytigasin6578 the guy that owned it before me used something to heat it up. Maybe a hair dryer?
I’m undecided between this guitar and the Ntx1
@@jhonlynayky_elnayky thanks for letting me know about that model. Checking it out now. I dig the cutaway!
Does this guitar have the same features as the TAG3 (looping capability) ?
sounds like a shit box...
Is this Blues driver alone? It rocks and metals!

Nice job ! Give me a Fender every time tho…
Thank you
Beautiful country down there, you guys on vacation?
@@ARWest-bp4yb indeed
@@joshfeatherstone8546 We were up in northern Vermont recently driving through lots of rural farmland, it's really something up there too.
I've been using acoustic Elixrs for a number of years now, last ages and tone quality and comfort is always spot on. Worth paying a little extra.
I totally goofed and forgot the lyrics on the second verse section! Oh well. I really just wanted to hear the pickup with the guitar. Hope I don't rile up the Oasis fans! 😂
Were you playing on a clean channel?
Yup
@@joshfeatherstone8546 great tone! I'm trying to use the blues driver as my only dirt pedal through clean amps and see how heavy I can get. I'm using an equalizer after though, for choruses and heavier parts, but what you achieved here with the pedal alone is great! I'm jealous hehe
I bought a c12 spruce about 1 year ago and have been pleased.
Hello, I was watching your videos, they are incredible, I love the reviews of the ibaz aw54ce I would like to ask you what gauge of strings you use 🤙🏻
@@luisguzzardo5947 In this video I was using a 13-56 gauge. The brand escapes me now. I noticed it sounded good for finger picking but barre chords were tougher. Days after this video I bought some Martin Custom Lights 11-52s and restrung it. It's a joy to play now. It's not as loud but easier to play up and down the neck. Maybe some more sustain too. The lighter strings don't seem to choke the tone as much , seeing as how bigger strings put more tension on the neck of some guitars. Hope that helps.
it will if you have a les paul with 2 p90s, middle position and there you go: twang. a standard les paul will not do that, you can give it a whole lotta reverb butt its still not quite the twangy jazzmaster, jaguar etc tone. but thats just me.
Could you tell me the song name ? Love it.
The first lick is something I made up and then a bit of Eddie and the Showmen's Dark Eyes, then I played Malaguena by the Trashmen. Glad you enjoyed it.
@@joshfeatherstone8546 thx ! I will play it with my guild surfliner deluxe ☺
Cuz you nailed this song. It's one of my all-time favorites, and I really needed to hear this today after the week I've had. 💪🤘🤟
Well done Josh.👍👍 I've always liked their song Runaway Train.
At first I was confused when all of your tattoos appeared to be backwards, then I noticed everything else was backwards as well. You must have an iPhone. They are the only ones that unexpectedly flip the picture around.😅
Surprisingly great
I got p90 there good
No, you play wonderfully. We all would like to play as well as you!😂
Just ordered mine - it really projects doesn’t it
@@sidanx7887 indeed it does!
Thank you for playing for us. I’m just a beginner dreaming on getting a C7.
@@angelaskipping3110 check out zzZounds online. You can pay as you play.
@@joshfeatherstone8546 maybe once my credit looks a little better. I’m already playing a Taylor 214ce while I’m still paying for it through Sweetwater.
I discovered you during the pandemic when I was researching Cordoba guitars, good to see you still playing and recording.
Hey it's good to hear from you. Thanks for sticking around. I just love to play guitar and make sounds. It's been a lifelong journey. I'm still learning today. Thanks for dropping a comment and I hope you're doing well!

I watched a video on a blind challenge for OD's for metal and the BD-2 won out and so i bought it out of curiosity (because im a massive fan of collecting OD's/Boosts) and for my ears, for my setup... Its become one of my favorites for HIGH-gain... Classic
SURF GREEN! The best Jag color ever.
Hey, it’s been 4 yrs. We need an update. I need some inspiration! Beautiful sounding guitar!
Hey I ended up sending that one back because it had some glue coming out of the frets. Funny that you commented on this because I just ordered another C12 about four months ago and I've been playing it quite a bit. I plan on doing a video on it in the future. 🙂
I have one!
That is BEAUTIFUL! I want a RSB color… I still think it’s only about $1100 new!
Well played, and the rain is a perfect accompaniment. 👍👍
Wow, you can hear that he wrote and sang that from the heart! What was your dad's musical background, did he write many other songs or play in bands?
He wrote a few more. I don't think he played in any bands. He custom built guitars. Not for anyone else but one person I recall. He didn't make it past the sixth grade and went to work early. He pretty much fixed anything people needed fixing. Cars, guitars, televisions. He also wrote some stories. Eventually I may get around to posting more stuff that he put down on tape.
Which Ibanez Model did you use?
It's a cutaway Art wood Series
I played them before bought my actual Francisco Navarro classical concert one , cordoba has quality for sure that one is beautiful enjoy it brother , in my opinion anyone serious about guitar need to invest at least 1800-2500 in a guitar , won’t find an instrument with good sound and above all with excellent action and playbility for cheap or in any “guitar center store “
I'll have to check them out!
@@joshfeatherstone8546You’ll fall in love, I’ve been in every guitar store of Houston area looking for the one , until got in a certain serious store ( no cheap ones you know ) my actual guitar , What I felt in my hands that very moment … I said can be no more guitar than this one Francisco Navarro is a Mexican luthier, high quality
Now THIS sounds like my playing and tone. Been trying to find someone to demo those pickups in my own style. Nice.
Nice bro Iam from Nepal
Nice work, Josh! Looking forward to the finished version.
Maria Luisa by Sagreras is a beautiful Mazurka from the maestro. Nice control and delivery Josh.
That was beautiful brother Josh!! I love the classical stuff!
Thanks brother!
Nice playing Josh.Do you learn these pieces from sheet music or play by ear?

That’s funny as hell that you got the Rick and this. I bought 1993Plus Rick last year and just picked up an orange stain 5420 from Sweetwater. It can play “Ohio” too
It sounds AWESOME Josh!👍👍
After a year now how is it ? Does it still work ?
It's still working 🙂
that's really pretty man.
GOOD! Very good instrument! Unfortunately we don't have this brand in Brazil
Sounding good so far, Josh! Nice clear tone to that Cordoba. Glad to see you uploading again.
Not sacrilege at all, I’m looking at this guitar and will be playing a bit of gypsy jazz on it
You'll like that guitar. I've owned the C7 too and it's a bit louder. Speaking of gypsy jazz I really dig Bossa Dorado by Robin Nolan. Amazing stuff!
@@joshfeatherstone8546 I’ll take a look at the C7 too thanks for the heads up. Robin is a great player/teacher isn’t he 👍
Great work Josh. Such a beautiful Etude
Great playing and excellent sound!
Very late on this video! Did you find thay the roller bridge improved the vibrato feel? Like make it a bit smoother?
It's been awhile so I really don't remember.
