I have sent you some reports via email regarding updates to your TH-cam videos. Kindly review the information and respond to me when you can.
Dr. Paull is an innovator and a great friend. He's one of the inspirations for our direct surgical care practice. Dr. Hochman is also a thought-leader in medicine, and I have found her insights very illuminating. I'd love to see how we could all collaborate together!
Your video is very nice. I always enjoy watching your videos. But your video needs more updates.
Love it real collaboration 💯🤝
Easy! Self awareness. Are you ok being someone else's bitch, or do you HAVE to chart your own path? Start with that.
I needed this. Trust the process.
Inspiring!
Better waste your time on another hobby...

So what are you going to call your Revolution? I can’t wait to see your website!
Hey nice video. Can you please tell me what's the average salary of an academic hospitalist in America? I have heard it from various sources that an average academic hospitalist in the US starts around $170K to 220K. Is that true? Note: I am talking about academic roles not the clinical roles. Thanks in advance
Accurate in California.
I am applying to medical school this coming cycle and what you have to say is inspiring to me
This was a wonderful video! How can I get in touch with you?
Thank you! You can fill out the contact form here which goes directly to me: larahochman.weebly.com/contact.html
Sounds like marriage
No need to create Medical records for all patients, until insurance request for them that's how you can reduce charting significantly. as family physicians are pcp so they just don't worry about charting as much.
Luckily, Reap Healthcare Agents started working with Lara when she began recruiting. As you see she uses top-notch communications and presentations. The big problem I see in recruiting now is that Physicians still want big salaries but lower patient production. Reap does find that Dr. to Dr. phone calls, which Lara provides, is significant to the candidates we send Happy Day. Maybe Gen Z Physicians, who seem to have different priorities, will change patient care for the better. However, when salaries are priorities as they are for many in healthcare and other fields, the individual has to make the decision on what is most important to them. Thanks, Lara
I started NCHCR in 2004 and have never heard of this issue. It makes all the sense in the world. I appreciate you bringing it to everyone’s attention. Thanks!
So much positivity, thank you Dr.Hochman and Dr.Shelly!
This was pretty cool!!! #1 subs provider -> *promosm*!
It rather demonstrates your desperation and shouldn't be done. Remember the employer should be thankful for finding and recruiting you, you are the valuable resource and they need to in a way ' buy' you in ...
Very cool!
promosm
So cool and useful Lara and Leah I am looking forward to talking to you.
I LOVE that. Those two cuties at the end..... adorable!!
Interesting!
So many memories. Thanks for sharing.
Good food for thought!
This is amazing, Lara! I definitely would not have thought of this had I not watched your video. Thank you for sharing!
Does this all apply to PAs too?
Some of this applies to PA's, but I don't believe PA's have non-competes and so can move to better situations much more easily.
So much good stuff in this.
wow Dr Lara this is absoutely brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for your video Lara - personally - I'm at an inflection point myself - after 14 years of direct patient care - I need to find a group of positive practitioners and change my circle so to speak - or find my circle
