I had this croup cough for over 3 months and I found a low sugar ginger drink that helped. I also made horehound tea, raw ginger tea, used a humidifier, asthma inhaler, nebulizer, slept propped up and coughed all night for months. One of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. Dr said likely bronchitis but I think it was whooping cough. Cough medicine only helped me sleep but didnt touch the cough. I think out of everything I tried, ginger and prednisone helped the most. Thank you for making a video about this for anyone suffering from this affliction.

Very well said! You have highlight important points. Let me add some as well. Ghee has Butyric acid is a crucial nutrient for the epithelial cells in the human intestine, which helps to preserve the intestinal barrier, inhibit inflammation, and modulate intestinal flora, ultimately contributing to improved intestinal health. The same is true for brain health and hearth heath, as excellent form of lubricant for cell efficacy and enzymes. Many hormones are also made from fat as well.

Alcohol is a toxic, psychoactive, and dependence-producing substance and has been classified as a Group 1 carcinogen. Just because some genes are being expressed doesn’t mean there aren’t other issues associated with consumption of wine. Also the study your citing has a really small sample group from only one demographic. To say that “drinking wine is good” is grossly oversimplifying the research.
