To find out the Ratio of clay and sand...if Sand equivalent is 80%...it means 80% sand...

Stock solution,, It is a concentrated calcium chloride, formaldehyde, and glycerin solution that is diluted with distilled water to create the working solution for conducting Sand Equivalent Tests. To create the working solution, mix 85mL of solution for every gallon of distilled water...
