Idk if anyone else has talked about this before but I really like how Grace’s hairstyle represents her sanity/stepping away from her pure starts. Her hair clips fall further out as the show continues, with them fully disappearing when she stops Max from killing Steph and Pete, then reappearing as a ruse to trick Jason at the end.

One thing I don't see people talk about much is how fucking toxic Grace is. At first she's just your annoying tattletale but slowly you see what an absolute horrid person she is. Let me go down the list: One, trying to cancel a whole dance just for her own personal distaste of it; Two, blaming her lustful feelings on Max (A lot like Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame); Three, forcing three other people into a prank; Four, after said prank goes wrong she makes everyone an accomplice in hiding Max's body; Five, homophobia and biphobia in act two when she says that Ruth is in hell for being bisexual. And all of this is *before* she gets ahold of the book. (If I missed anything let me know)

I dont know if it actually was a refrence or not, but during the Hatchettown song when they're wll circling/pointing to the mayor it reminded me of the part in Feast or Famine when everyone was circling the store owner. I havent really seen anyone mention that part
