Oat and peanut butter cookies 🍪
How to make peanut butter and oat cookies with simple ingredients. All you need is a spoon to mix the ingredients. If you are new to baking, this is a beginner friendly recipe.
Ingredients :
6 tablespoons butter, soft
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, room temperature
½ teaspoon vanilla
⅔ cup all purpose flour
1 cup oats
Chocolate chip for decoration (optional)
Yields 17 cookies (1.5 tablespoon each)

This seems like it would make a lovely coffee cake.
Great recipe but you left the apples off of the printed ingredient list.
I added more cheese, because I’m a cheese bread fanatic- but this recipe is spot on! Well done!
Hear hear! I came to say the same thing. This is by far the best jalapeño cheese bread recipe on youtube.
Not sure if you’re still active here but this recipe is so good. I just reduce the sugar to 130 gm, dice the apple instead and mix with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Turn out so goodddd❤

This looks delicious! Would you serve it right away once it's cooled down, or can you serve it the next day? I know some cakes are better served on the same day than others.
This was an excellent video overall. It lacked the crap of most other cooking videos, such as advertising, annoyingly long introduction media, shameless self-promotions, stupid-ass personal stories, and etc. This video actually gave what claimed to provide in a concise and professional manner. My only complaint is that she should have cut into the bread and shown what the inside looked like. I was waiting for it. Next time, show us.

There's a better recipe that only uses 1/4 tsp yeast. Saving tons of $ 3 cups bread flour 1/4 tsp yeast 1 1/2 tsp sea salt or regular 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded on large hole portion of cheese grater 4 pickled jalapenos diced 12 oz cool water 1 Tbsp olive oil or veg Mix flour, salt and yeast. Add shredded cheese. Toss till every piece has ben coated with flour. Add diced jalapenos and toss till fully coated with flour. Add water and oil. Stir till ball forms. Cover and let rise 8-24 hours. I find 16-18 give best flavor. The rest you can read at artisan bread by Steve. Super easy, cheaper and delicious.

Hi there! Did you add the eggs? It says two eggs in the recipe but it’s not in the video.. I was following the video and found my batter to be extremely dry, so I added heaps of milk but then realised I haven’t added the eggs in!

Excellent! I've been adding the cheese at the end after the rise and kneading it some. It comes out a little more like sandwich bread and is grate with tomato soup. I'm going to try it your way this weekend.

Yes, I have! I did it in a Corning Ware ( the white bottom and glass lid). I also used a pyrex chicken roasting pan made of glass (they are really cheap at thrift shops). Glass pans are great because you can see while baking. Edit: oh I just realized you said bread pan. No, I haven't, sorry

Hi! I'm in northern Alberta 🇨🇦, my father's side is from Bavaria, all situated around Amberg, Germany. I lived in Amberg for around 7 years, my kid was born there and his father and his family are all in and around Amberg. Bavaria is nice, the weather is superb and it has a lot of different nationalities there too, lots of really yummy foreign food there. I've been looking for this recipe,or something similar. Heat oven at 375F (190C) Open a roll of Pillsbury crescents (226g) and cut unto 6 rolls. Place on a parchment paper and press rolls with a glass. Mix 6 tablespoons (90g) of cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Divide cream mixture evenly among the six pastries. Use jam of choice and add about 1 1/2 teaspoon to each pastry. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. For icing, mix 1/4 cup powdered (confectioner) sugar with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Drizzle on top of pastry. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea!
