wahoooo I love this podcast so much. This and Follow Him really keep me going when I'm not in an area I can attend church.

These grounded lessons have inspired and guided us tremendously this year. Thank you so much. Also I finished reading "Priesthood of Women", every page is golden and hearkens back to prophetic teaching that are far stronger on this subject than I had realized. Why don't you have some "regular unknown" lds women on your program?? Many of "regulars" are accomplished and talented and have beautiful strong testimonies to share,

I loved what Jenny said about working hard and filling the measure of our creation. That has given me food for thought. I also enjoy hearing prayers from other worshipers- I have learned more about our Father and Jesus Christ because of them. Thank you sisters in Christ. ❤

Here I am again! That Deuteronomy scripture says we shall PUSH THE PEOPLE TOGETHER TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH” (push-the wind).

Have to share this…not feeling well off and on lately (chemo) and so reading is a bit of a struggle (like when we have the flu). But I made myself grab my scriptures and just open to the one I needed to read that day and opened to Deuteronomy 33; verse 17 STOOD OUT. It talks about those (us) who are gathering Israel in these last days. So very exciting that we participate in this gathering…which means we are doing this gathering because we are FRIENDS of all. (Rambling here). I look forward to studying the D&C next year and to be more excited and to be reminded that WE are the “weak and simple” people to gather up our friends.

Glad Elaine’s better. That’s going around the Eastern US too. Happy students are “all in” with the gospel; we need STRONG leaders in the future.

Two years ago my husband and I were called as service missionaries in the Healing through Jesus Christ Addiction Recovery Program. Each month we visit a ward as visiting speakers. My talk was framed by a talk you gave in General Conference Sister Dalton. You were rappalling and I told the story and especially used the line and "the rope jerked" ; it jerked for me when two missionaries knocked on my door as a 19 year old. I used "the rope jerked", and the reference to the work and effort that was going on at the top of the cliff by someone that you could not see that would ensure your safety. I thank you, you radiate Jesus' light. I love this podcast. Kay from South Australia ❤‍🩹

Trust vs resentment. Thank you for that reminder that we get to choose which path we will go down. And that retaining in remembrance spiritually defining memories is the key to choosing trust over resentment.

I purposely now sit in the back of the cultural hall just to watch the little kids. They make me smile and laugh. Even when it gets a little crazy. I always try to remind the parents that they are doing great and it’s not always easy but they are showing up. And now I’ve been ask to serve every other week in the nursery. Yay! Primary is the best. Especially when your kids are grown.

Loved listening to Michelle today. I was out walking so I'll have to listen again when I can take notes. I was living in Oregon when her daughter went missing. I paid close attention to the search because I really like the Piano Guys and it happened not far from us. It was heart rending but Jon shared such faith in the trial. It was good to hear his other half.

I am in awe of the gospel all the time, and I share it with others in our meetings and in our text threads. That's how I share joy.❤

For me “Joy” is brought through love. Greeting and treating others with a smile and expressions of you for others and the Lord!

Wonderful discussion-thank you! The noise and distraction during the particular part of the discussion was a huge object lesson for me! I could see so clearly how the noise of the world drowns out and seeks to overpower essential truths and why it is so important for each of us to raise our concerted voices over and over to cut through that noise and share truth.

I feel such love this morning add I listen to both of you speak and share! I’m in Cairo Egypt and want you to know that the youth in our little branch are just amazing! I love working with the young women! I’ve been a little bit Depressed these days because I’m away from my family in the states. And with the Christmas season upon us I feel sad that I’m not there. But really it’s my memories of the Christmas’s past and my former life!! I just feel this podcast or discussion perks me up And I just want to be more grateful And a better example of Jesus Christ! Thanks!!
