28mm Street Photography in Frankfurt am Main with Leica M10 and Summicron 28mm
Hey Friend.
In this episode, I will take you with me on a photo walk in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Black and white photos were predestined as the weather was rainy and mostly overcast.
Recently, I rented a 28 mm Summicron, to see if I would like to shoot in this focal length. It turned out, coming from a 35 mm, framing and composition were not that easy. But still, some shots turned out to be useful, I think.
All photos taken with Leica M10.

35mm for Leica: A video about the Voigtländer Nokton 35mm - without it actually

So this is my first try on talking about my favorite thing in front of a camera - photography and photo gear. When I picked up a Leica M240 some time ago, the Voigtländer Nokton 35mm M.C. Version II was my lens choice, because it was comparably cheap and promised some fine results. Watch this video if you like to learn a little bit about this lens, that I had to sell for getting money to buy ot...

Shot with GoPro HD2 Performed with Roland SPD-SX My first try with the Sampling Pad. I have to admit, it's really tricky in the beginning if you have never worked with this system before, so i watched a tutorial video on youtube which helped me to record my own samples and set them up. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in a comment, i'll response asap.

Love 28. Traded from Elmarit to Summicron to the Summilux. Yikes

A bit unfortunate with the lighting but nice walk anyway. Frankfurt gets way to little exposure for street photography as its like a tiny NYC. Some correction on what you said about the frame lines. The M10 is actually showing 28mm. Its on the very outer edge basically the whole rangefinder window and shown in combination with the 90mm framelines.

Thank you, Michael, I really appreciate. 28mm is definitely one of the best focal lengths for street photography.

hey man! Sounds like you're using a combination of your own loops and a few roland included sounds (em em oh, em em sinc)... I think i sounds good. You've got 5000+ fews but only 6 comments! Don't listen to the haters bro. Are those loops your own? Sounds tight Keep being creative man! :)
