Been here many times and have found some nice things. I find a button today that is from a 1902-1913 period South African military uniform. Amazed that is in my area. Button plug begins at 23:40

What state are you hunting in? Turn your disc to 44 and you want dig foil but still get gold. Just my 2 cents
I have definitely run higher discrimination many times, when I’m in the older fields, I tend to lean towards low dis discrimination since a lot of my pewter stuff, smaller buttons would be discriminated out, not to mention the amount of times i’ve went after a target that was masked by foil or can slaw.
I am in NC
I enjoy your Deus 2 videos and your sense of humor! Happy Hunting in 2025
bro digging holes is what rejuvenates the soil. Farming 101 turnover the soil. Metal detector hobbyist are the most respective farmers of the land.
You are absolutely right!
when the rabbit hole gets to much i love resorting to metal detecting videos
I kinda did spend $1400 to find pennies 😅 2023 I found a couple pieces gold but 2024 I was skunked, I did find a few cool relics in 2024
Me too 🥹
If ever target you dig was a penny, and you dug 30 targets a day, your deus 2 would be paid off in a little over 13 years
For real! I’m at Digstock X right now. It’s been an….interesting time.
I just ordered the deus 2 black friday, we have over a foot of snow right now but are going to have 4 warm days and one of those days rain, i wonder if there will be some grass peeking through and i could try out my deus 2
It’s a great machine. The customization of programs and fine tweaks you can make to tone breaks, audio filters and tone sounds…I’m afraid no one is touching XP right now. Maybe the Nokta Legend is sort of comparable.
Very Nice hunt partner. Love detecting
Nice hunt.
Thanks!
I would love to be detecting, but it is 27 degrees and the ground will not give up its targets easily. I will just watch others dig and sip some cocoa while I sit in front of the fireplace.
Nice! 😂 It will be colder here quite soon. Don’t care to detect much in the cold, but I do it. Going to digstock December 6th-8th in Tarboro, NC on a 750 acre farm. Hope to have some footage there.
Looking good Justin!!
Thanks! I appreciate it!
General program?
No, custom program that I mess around with based on my soil conditions. It is based off of the general program though.
I am getting a solid red error. I plugged it into a noco car charger and the red light stayed solid for a while and then turned white indicating fast charge. The coloured lights which indicate how much power it currently has then went up to 75% orange. Weird thing is like other noco's ive had gbx55 it would always show where it is up to via. Linking coloured charging lights. Not sure why. I will look to get it fully charged in the car which will be tricky since i do not know how much it is charged. Waiting on Noco to get back to me with possible solution. Something else of note, getting 15.4 volts reading on multimeter.
Super video, I also have a gbx155, I tried different charging methods and I still get the fix red light. The booster works and charges up to 50% with the trickle charger but never with the USB C. Do you have any idea why it won't charge? Thanks for your help
New sub. Keep up the hard work.
Thanks! I’ll have a new equinox video out this weekend.
14:39 the lawn mower might have sucked up a plug, ive seen paystreak take a plug out of a inconspicuous place like a corner to put into a hole before
Weird isn’t it. I’ve seen that happen before. Just thought it was odd.
I wouldnt mind the climate in California or florida, where i am there is snow late november through early march, i dont get up to much during that time, i notice it in my stamina when the grass finally appears, i can only comfortably detect for a couple hours before my back aches and i eant to go home
I get about 5-6 hours in most Saturdays. I do some detecting after work. I’ve got a few permissions that I’ll be unloading to the channel over the next couple of weeks.
I got the same shovel, if it ever gets stolen, or i lose it i will get another, even though im in a different country and after international shipping and exchange rate i paid $220 for it Notice i didnt say if i break it 😉
That predator phoenix is in my opinion, THE BEST!
Have u been able to keep them without losing over half of them.
Absolutely! So, I always hand pick Chromis and Anthias. Once handpicked at my LFS. I then check them over one by one for obvious signs of Uronema before I leave the store with them. They can be asymptomatic carriers anyway. So, keep that in mind. The success in keeping them is feeding often, small meals throughout the day. Especially at first. If you have insufficient filtration to do that continually, you can scale back the feeding for them over the course of several weeks. The anthias and chromis that were in the tank before the additions are only fed once or twice per day. These new guys will be fed 4 times per day on the auto feeder.
Lighting looks great for sure 👏💯👌🔥🙌
Thank you! Still tuning it.
Nice to see someone else doing it without spending thousands on lighting. How us common folk live! 😂
Right?! There’s benefit there, no doubt! There’s proof in their distribution of adequate light intensity and par. I don’t doubt that they’d be great lights to have. However, I don’t have a tank full of thousands of dollars in corals. I can’t justify that type of purchase. I just want to enjoy my tank and its inhabitants.
150 s looking good probably going that route thanks
I like the footprint of a 150, good height, depth and swim length for larger fish.
Looking good Justin! How did you get all the nems off the rock??
Turkey baster at the foot. You have to squeeze the bulb hard and super close to an edge to start exposing the foot. Make sure it’s water only and no air in the baster. Just keep doing it about 5-8 times and it’ll start coming loose. Keep working at the foot until it gets mostly removed, then I grab them by hand and super slowly start pulling, they’ll release. They are all healthy and doing well at my LFS. If you happen to have Marco rock like I do, sometimes they can bury themselves deep in the rock. In that case, I irritate the nem to get it to close and then flip the rock over. They’ll reach for the light and most of the time try to relocate.
@@justinadams543 I always thought it was much harder than that!
@MikeLemming that’s all I’ve ever done to remove anemones. I used to use a powerhead with a small hose attached to it so I didn’t have to squeeze the bulb. It doesn’t work for every nem, but I removed 11 of them using that method.
Nice looking tank
Thanks!
5 Years keep grinding
Thanks bud! About to trade those nems for corals soon.
@@justinadams543 any tips I just had my first nem split, want to get them to split a little more consistently?
@@gabrielblaisdell6473 so, what kind of anemones do you have? Mine are RBTA’s. They tend to spit a lot without much help. But, I do know that it depends on your water quality and the maturity and health of the nem. These just can’t seem to stop splitting. I don’t feed anemones ever. So, maybe focus on consistency within the aquarium. Testing parameters, lighting schedules, flow…there’s a bunch in play there. I don’t know how mature your tank is.
Look's good
Looks great!
Thanks!
