    Calories in calories out is the only proven way of losing weight. I understand what you’re saying about it not being sustainable but measuring calorie dense stuff like olive oil will help you lose lbs

    I respect your video, but the idea of not counting calories is stupid , let's say you are a person who used to burn 2000 calories and build some muscles and now burn 3000 , if you eat more than 3000 you'll gain weight, so yeah it is calories in calories out.

      5000 calories of chicken is approximately 18 chicken breasts. My point is if you focus on eating high quality protein - you will be too full to overeat the junk food that makes you gain weight. Thanks for your comment!

      You're right! White bread is high in fructose and it can cause bloating because it is rapidly fermented by gut bacteria, resulting in a buildup of gases like methane, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide.
