Informative video, although the background music was so loud it was difficult to understand you at times. But thank you for emphasizing how expensive living there (or really most areas of Texas) can be. Regarding roofing, if you have a damaged old roof that an insurance company depreciates out to a large extent, you can spend $30K on a new roof considering how large these homes are. And damaging storms do happen. Even if you have to replace a new roof, the deductible, by state law, is quite high. If new residents plan well and are certain they can afford it, Cypress is a great place to live.
