Sir, which standard you are followed to build this?
Hi, I had a stp file, so I rebuilt it with reference to that file
@caddscience8822 Sir, May I know your name, I build a project in my CADD Institute, I want to put your name of referance in this project.
It's a huge honour for me sir, My name is Ranjith
Sir, please tell your name?
@@caddscience8822 Sir, you have any linkdin ID?
Thank you soooooo much for this model
you're welcome !!
Which type of jet engine is this
Turbojet
All the best Ranjith
Thank you !!
Nice sir ...
Thank you !!
at the 06:12 you forgot to make vertical but it changes nothing i think because you put the dot vertical but which is makes sketch under defined
I didn't notice, yes you're right !! Thanks you
Those details ✨ gd job!
Thank you !!
do you have a course?
Hi, Which course?
@@caddscience8822 about BIW Fixture
its sooo detailed sketch so much thanks for the videos
Thank you !!
PLP points are decided by the BIW fixture Designer or somebody else sir..?
In the car panel drawing pin location hole details will be given, for NC (mylar) we can decide depends on requiremnt
its so crazy to sketch this, but thank you for your videos🎉
No problem !! 👍
Thanks
Thanks a lot 💐
Hello, does anybody know where the heat ring is fixed onto the rear casing. I can not seem to find the attachment point of the heat ring on the rear casing. Any help is appreciated.
Hi, it is just for visual representation as even I haven't seen any fixing holes for that
hello sir I'm having problems at 3:28 with the intersection curve for me it makes the oval geometry externally intersect on the tube not the inside i would appreciate it greatly if you could help thankyou🙂
Hi, I saw your mail, can you please attach the part so I'll check
Hello. Rear Compression LINK stick conflicts with the screws you mounted (I changed the inner hole diameter of the stick to 6.6 and it was fixed.)
Yes it should conflict because the screw goes into the thread hole right
The Front Compression HUB part that you last fixed and placed conflicts with the MID Compression LINK part when assembled. Do you have any solution suggestions? (I shortened the link bar length. (2MM))
No need to reduce 2 mm, but if it's not creating any other conflicts in the final assembly, it's fine !
@@caddscience8822After completion of bulk assembly it did not cause any problems. Thanks again! 🤜🤛
Glad to hear that !! You're welcome
can you answer did you choose a commercial model as a reference? or like what did you choose to get the dimensions?
Hi, Not a commercial model, it was a stp file
Can u import some step files and make some assembly with make parts.
Hi, I'll look into it and let you know
your channel taught me so many things more then my university , thanks a lot man!
Great
thank you !!
i have a question can i run cfd analysis in ANSYS on this ?
yaaaaaaa
the 190.50mm hight and the 188.75mm hight Blade messes up my sketch it moves it up is it because that datum face is already on 191mm ?
sorry please elaborate so i can understand the problem, or is it cleared ?
I was about to make my own actully but since this video has just came out its helpful thankyou very much sir
I'm glad it helped !!!
Hey Please I am doing this project Can you please share all the parts that you didn’t do in the lectures ? Like the heat ring Is there others in all the videos ? Please and thank you
Hello , I emailed you on outlook , can you please respond please; i really need your help
Hi, No it's only the heat ring, rest all parts in the videos 👍
@@caddscience8822 can you share the dimensions of the head ring please , and how you did it , and if you can please , can you send me the assembly on outlook , I’m having problems with the mates . Please bro , much appreciated
@keelz2004 sure !! I'll look into it
@@caddscience8822 Thank you so much 🥹 Please if you can share the assembly via outlook Thank you 🤍
What about the heat right plz ?
You mean heat ring? it's in Part 2, @10:12
Here is the rivet dimensions video : th-cam.com/video/YlNOlax202w/w-d-xo.html
Bearing 2 specifications : 7006A
the type of rivet used is it called a Compression rivets - Type B, with truss head ?
yes, i have also made a video on that, hope this helps th-cam.com/video/YlNOlax202w/w-d-xo.html
Great tutorial, Successfully created this JET ENGINE model using SOLIDWORKS 2022. Looking forward for more such a tutorial 👌
Glad to hear that, Cheers !!
Did not fully get what is the problem with the fuel port cap @15:34
Because the diameter of the fuel port is more, in actual physical assembly we cannot insert
You just earned a subscribe and my respect. I am embarking on this model journey, and I hope the design is optimized enough for my computer to handle. BTW, how many part assembly is this?
Thank you so much !! 90+ parts ncluding all

this jet engine design is a wonderful work for CAD lovers. at least I am enjoying your work very detail and to the point design.
It means a lot, thank you !!
1:16:25 The problem of your circular pattern when doing the screw holes was the surface chosen, which is why it did not let do the patern
Try selecting the axis instead of face
How did you make your model so shinny and polish looking? your comment is greatly appreciate it.
I turned the real graphics on, it is supported only for specific graphics cards, but you can add your card manually
@@caddscience8822 hello sir how do you do that because my rendering looks like it has a matt finish

Thank you so much !!
Beautiful tutorial. Which jet engine inspired you to create this CAD project?
Thank you !! I had a stp file so i remodeled, unfortunately it's corrupted now
Thanks. Hope to see more projects
Sure, more things coming up !!
Can you send me this part
Hi, you can search in grabcad website
I just wrote you an E-Mail..... 😉🙂 I hope it helps a bit.
Just saw your mail and it means a lot, I'll go through it and revert back if any, thanks !!,

@@xBlackThoughts I replied to that mail, hope it clears your doubts thanks!!
Please, tell me what model is that turbine? Is it used in what kind of aircraft?
They're used in fighter jets
You should've shown how to create the Rivet. I think that some people don't know how to create it without any measurements. Or a short Video how to include the Rivet with help of the Toolbox from Solidworks. 🙂
Hi, since rivet is a standard part like screws and bolts I have given the dimensions
@@caddscience8822 Hello, can you help me figure out how to add it?
How do I add the rivet? I couldn't find the same size.
You can create it with the revolve command as per the dimensions i told
@@caddscience8822 but you didn't show some parts, how do I adjust them?
You seem to be quite unsure about some things. But I know that from myself too. So here's a tip...before you make a video, go through it again for yourself. That way you can avoid mistakes and also keep the video shorter at the end. The note is NOT meant in a bad way. 🙂😉 Anyway........again a good Video. 🙂
You're absolutely right, I was doing it for the first time too, will definitely consider your feedback thank you !!
Very satisfying
Hugs from Brazil. Great job
Obrigado !!
Could you tell me what the specification of bearing, please?
I don't have exact specification but you can find it in 3dfindit or traceparts website as per the dimensions
Do you have a PDF file of the drawings of this model? If so, where can I reach it?
Sorry, there are no pdf's for these
This is crazy detailed
Thank you, Keep supporting !!
