Making the pop-up tent yourselves to save lots of money and only big enough to stand when first entering the van/right in front of the kitchen area. Smart, smart, smart, smart smart. A permanent high top of the same size could also be built giving tons of benefits: Possible skylight/roof access hatch with side wall mounting for max air fan, side wall mounting for anything else like Starlink or GPS/Glonass antennae or any new gadget looking for a place, internal access only to roof cargo space, just one hole on the roof for wires to go through. A small space directly over the open spot in the van would make early leak detection easy, cause no problems and be easy to maintain. Smart, smart, smart, smart smart.
