The church didn’t report our Marriage to LCR, we just told them that we already Civilly married then they just ask to provide all the requirements that we need to submit. Go the Church where you want to get married then ask for the requirements.

Hi Thank you, Witnesses should join in the ceremony even they are not with groom and bride, just join in the Video Link that the utah will send to you. Utah Officiant will record the ceremony and they will send the whole video in your email after the ceremony

Yes po, that time hindi pa po kami nagkikita sa personal pero na approve naman ang visa ko basta after marriage dapat magkita kayo, pero open naman na ang tourist so much better magsama nalang kayo on your wedding day kahit online
You can't apply for a Visa until the Marriage ID Consummated Need proof of meeting in person after the Online Ceremony

Hi, yes we filed through online at USCIS Feb. 10, 2022 and got approved September 2, 2022, now my case is at NVC Stage waiting for Approval

Im in USA and my GF in cebu city is preparing the ROM document to send to me soon. When I received it and apply my documents and send it to Philippines embassy in San Francisco, I can apply for my 9a visa at that time?
Just wait for 3weeks then apply for your 9a visa, make sure your flight 2weeks before when you apply for visa
