Hai I have a doubt and I need clarification, for example if a Company Secretary who has working experience of 2 years in a Private Limited Company having nil experience of SEBI related Compliances can attend interviews or can get a job as a Assistant Company Secretary in a Listed Company?

Yes in most cases but you have to check with your chapter , if they provide CLDP
