Nicely done and informative despite being a short vid. I've watched countless video over the last couple of years regarding visitors experiences in Peru. Lived in the states most of my life but was born in Lima. Looking to retire there next year. I've vacationed there the last two years and was really blown away by how nice it is, especially Barranco. Really love that district. The variety, quality and abundance of food is so hard to really grasp until you're there and see it.

place #2 - ride but not surprising. definitely ran into a few different places like that in Lima where i was basically just ignored. now the sandwich from #2 - my guess is that it would’ve been better right after you bought it because with it being chicharrón, it’s fried. so my thought is maybe it got gross after sitting for a bit. also it’s almost positively pork belly meat which is essentially all fat. gross to me but if fried really well it’s awesome!! like in the dominican republic, it’s superior!

this is such a fun idea for a themed vlog! i’ve been la lucha and it’s so yummy!! lima is my favorite place in the world!!! chicha morada is a MUST for anyone wondering and an Inka Kola is a great choice for any soda/carbonation lovers 🤩🤩
