Hi, jiwoo! Do we need to submit an SAT for Hopkins admission? ☺️
it's been more than two years since i applied to colleges, but i did submit SAT score to hopkins :) honestly, i'm not sure anymore, but if you have a competitive score, i recommend you to submit! it shouldn't be a huge factor though; other extracurricular activities may matter more if you craft them well into a story in your college essay. hope this helps!

nope! but we have a policy called dining dollars (which is mandatory for most freshmen and sophomores) that lets you in dining halls :)

most of the courses i take are engineering, like math, physics etc.

i did IB instead of AP, and i scored mid 1500s on the SAT!

Is the campus diverse? Are there a lot of students from California?
i'd say that the campus is pretty diverse, and there certainly are a lot of students from cali haha

@@nanabee730 i'm not from cali (i'm an intl student), but it wasn't hard at all for me to adjust! people are super supportive here, and there are also so many resources that can help you out!

got accepted through regular decision, i think i am going to commit but just waiting on ivy day. What are some distinct features of JHU??
i think one is that research on med campus is def super accessible, and people are friendly and cooperative! having a small campus is also one haha (i personally like it)

whats ffc is it only for undergrads?
ffc is cafeteria for freshmen! i think its mostly for undergrads -- im not sure if it's also available for grad students :0
