That's a total bummer that it didn't work for you; I have both the 1 (red) and 2 (blue) versions; both work perfectly... as others have commented, be sure to update the firmware (which can be done via Bluetooth/smartphone), and (for those who didn't catch it) version 1 (red) is for PS4/XBox One and prior, and version 2 (blue) is for PS5/XBox Series X and prior... I can't speak for Moza compatibility on console (I have other brands of wheels myself; Fanatec, Logitech, Thrustmaster)... ...for what it's worth (speaking to all Fanatec GT DD Pro users who'd had the Accelerator port malfunction), I'm even able to plug the while base directly into the Ras1ution 2, and the wheels separately (with a separate, and quite inexpensive RJ45 to USB converter)... all working well, and loving Gran Turismo 7 (among other titles) all the more, as a result.... ...my hope is that you were able to get it working after trying it again; it really is awesome. Anyways, cheers, and best of luck to you on this...

@@Mrx.Dsk. Hola! No hablo mucho Espanol, pero… si - Azul es para PS5 <-> XBox Series X. Rojo es para PS4 <-> XBox One. Tambien, los dos (azul y rojo) trabajan con PS3, XBox 360, y Computadora/PC. Perdoname si no puede entender mi Espanol; debo practicar lo mas que puedo. iEspero que le ajudare! Saludos. :)

@@Mrx.Dsk. i…ah, pues bueno! GTA5? Yo no se - es possible; puedo usar un volante en GTA San Andreas con un volante mas viejo (creo que fue el Logitech Driving Force GT en PS2)… …creo que ‘si’, pero… no soy cierto… i…buena suerte!

Not perfectly. It’s using the G27/29 profile instead of a DD profile.

@@saml6630 it’s still a DD, but it’s using the wrong FFB profile full of issues and defeating the purpose of having a DD.

How do you update it? I went to their site downloaded the GUI. The dongle Has power but gui doesn’t do anything on a pc for me
I just adjusted mine too lose I guess and now it doesn't even move . . Ya think the driveshaft come off
