Nudge frames are much better. The screw is more accessible as in an angle

The colors in that kit are beautiful, all my favorites too!

I love the real nurge hoops they get nice and tight. I prefer bigger 😂

I like the rectangle shaped nurge but not the round, my round ones refuse to tighten.. don’t worry about the bit at the join, it doesn’t affect the tautness really. Like that kit!

Nurge brand hoops are much better. The screw is on an angle so super easy to tighten. And I find there is a tiny bit of loose fabric at the top but not enough to matter.

Thank you for all your WIP parade videos been watching both this years and 2023 while stitching. Trying your method of completing a area of detail I normally work one colour cross country. I still work a bit cross country till use up all strands from piece of floss. I missed doing christmas in JULY stitching but have broken out a halloween kit with witch and trying to complete her Cauldron but it's 11 count at the wip is a large 46 x64. It's great to find Flosstuber who stitches on Kits so many of the floss tubers is watch buy from Etsy, buy Blackbird designs and alot of dutch style banners.

Thinking about how to "work through" the different stitching methods problem: I don't know if you know another person with any of your patterns (like the bookshelf) that likes stitching CC to be able to work in the threads and get you back to where you can do royal rows. I would totally do that if I had that pattern and would completely have fun doing it! I may be the weird one in this, but helping people finish (and working on abandoned kits/projects) is something that I get so much satisfaction out of!

I had the same problem with 'getting lost' in my HAED... I took a white piece of thread and gridded over my stitching... where it started moving off, I anchored the corners with the cross thread by going down and up over the bottom thread. (with the top cross thread) It was easily removed and the I was able to continue to work on using my square by square or royal roads.

I really like 2 over 1 half stitch for the fancy lady skin. I tried 1 over 1 and absolutely hated myself and everything else the entire time I was doing it.

I just found your channel. It is nice to see someone who stitches with some of the larger count fabric and someone who doesn't care what their back looks like lol. I also dont care what my back looks like. I know its a huge no no for most people but I actually still knot a lot to start and finish. Its what I learned when I was a kid and its been a hard habbit to stop.

As a grandma to three girls under two years old, I SO enjoy watching your kiddos and your interactions with them in your videos. 😂❤. I don’t know how you have time to stitch at all, I just had two of the girls for a week and I did nothing but sleep in my extra moments. 😂.

Don't buy DIY stitches..they are not good at all and to little colors in it...

Just started watching your channel. That’s not the Disney castle. That’s a real castle in Germany. Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria had it built and the details and history are amazing. I think Disney may have based his design on that castle, but it’s just a shell of the original and not nearly as interesting.
