You added to much liquid. Baking needs exact measurement's and I cringed for your outcome when you just dumped. Dumping is good with cooking, but a nightmare when baking. You said you wanted to try making a baked cheesecake, Joy of Baking has a phenomenal chocolate cheesecake recipe. my daughter who hates cheesecake will tare it up. Loved watching you experiment with a new recipe.

Ok have aways done my like that but your came out like that because you used to much milk, So when I make two of them I used 3 pack of cream cheese for 2. So if you do one then use one in a half cream cream. So I wish the best for you next time. God bless you and your family
