Just got mine and its beautiful!! Pulled my little knot and it just untied but not tied to anything, couldn't find the end of the line. Lost about 10yrds of line but oh well, its just fishing line.

What about line twist from winding

If people are worried the line might hurt their hand then I'd suggest they get out into the real world more and just learn to handle stuff.

I use an old spincast reel in my hand to fish without a rod the cast techniques are the same you just have to push the button to release the line before casting is easier and the retrieval is faster and I have a drag system you should try it out is very fun

Seems to me a novice could benefit from practicing a few 'dry casts' in a nice open area where nothing will snag. I have one - a Blackie Thomas tin can version. I can't wait to get out there and start using it!

What size Adjust A Bubble is in the kit so I can get extras?

Just got one and a gift. Tried it out while tubing the Clarion River, and managed to catch a small bass and a creek chub. Definitely a fun way to catch a fish.

I got a Daggerfish handline first, then tried others. All others were inferior. I caught a cooler full of panfish my first time out with the Daggerfish. I love it.

I got my sugar maple reel in Australia last month, I have been messing around with it in creeks and the beach, caught a couple Bass, Yellowtail Kingfish, European carp and even an eel.

Ordered mine yesterday and look forward to fishing with it at my favorite backwoods spot. Great video work describing the Daggerfish, how you make it, the intention behind it and how to use it. That's what sold me.
