Quite the buggy fight... the normal enemies + the additional enemies fought themselves(?). The 'book' Shadowheart is carrying opens up so many possibilities, it's hard to keep them all in mind, but we improvised and got through it o7

​@@chest3n Being aggro with each other may be intentional so you can a few free turns to take out the dangerous casters. Seeing an enemy caster cast revive on a dead ally was neat as heck!

I see your point; the revive part was also pretty neat. The bug I was referring to occurred around 56:15, where it was Astarion's turn, but for some reason, enemies would still take turns even though it was his turn. As far as I'm aware, there's no fight in the base game where two mutually hostile parties fight each other, and you can intervene. This made it so that even when it was Astarion's turn, the enemies would keep taking their own turns and CC him before he could attack.

That was so close... I forgot going back to act 1 removes the pixie's blessing... could've lost the whole run...*sigh*

This mod currently covers Acts 1 and 2, and while I can't really point out any specific encounter, I'd rate it 9/10 overall. I hope whoever is working on it takes all the time needed to apply the same approach to Act 3.

Assassin/Gloom Stalker is just ridiculous...

I think it also depends on what the concentration is focused on. If it's a non-offensive/defensive spell (like Friendship, for example), it might not impact the priority list.

The miss chance is due to Reeling (from Lae'zel's shield, Tav's armor, and Astarion's crossbow), so it's more about debuffing the attacker's hit chance. Regarding the difficulty of the fights, if they lasted more than 2-3 rounds, it would be much harder to sustain their damage. These NPCs are built more like main characters than typical NPCs.

We could've talked our way through it, but we need to get the loot they drop as well. Honestly, it was surprising how strong he was.

Hey, so far the only issue I had with the mod, and that was on my other playthrough, was near the Mushroom picker. Sometimes the enemies will not spawn, but I think they are some ways to fix that with saving and reloading. (ep11, 37m)

It was originally called 'Additional Enemies,' then it was remade, and just a few days ago, it received an update.

Well, it's hard. I'd suggest starlight tokens x10 to get the Gold Scarab for extra souls, then get to Mohgwyn Palace and farm the bird to lvl 200. It's what I did, you'll see it soon enough in this playthrough.

@@chest3n thanks mate. how you found any cool new weapons or spells? you got any favourites?

@minecraftpig0146 Most of the new ones are good. I played a lot with Goldvine Branchstaff, a twinblade weapon set but on a strike weapon, sounds pretty good and it is. As for spells, lots of new ones but also some of the old ones got to see more play now. They made it so you can put Ashes of War on stuff like catalysts, so actually having Holy Ground for defense up, regen, and damage negation just for some fp.. its good.

In this mod, it shoots three lasers in succession instead of just one, making dodging really difficult. What you're seeing are consecutive perfect parries because it's the only reliable strategy I've found to deal with them.

Dyes only work if you spawn in the pieces, and not if you apply the texture to your current outfit.
