thumbs down as a demonstration involves seeing not just hearing. And just because you explained something previously, doesnt mean we shouldnt be able to see you do it again with the other frames. Just dont make the video if you already need a shortcut for under 10 min vid.

I need new spectacles. I have £500 (UK) to spend. I have never had any spectacles fitted correctly. I believe DIY self-fitting frames is possible, but only if shown how to by a professional optometrist. This video is helpful. (UK)

Goggles, they are a pain in the ARSE, i had both of my eyes lasered, best thing ever, i have perfect vision for distance, and use a magnifying glass for reading, save yourself money, have your eyes lasered for distance, so much better.
