@@NickReels thank you so much for answering so quickly! I have tried apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, HCL tablets and still seem to have issues. Maybe I didn't take enough or stick it out long enough. Unfortunately I had the cTIF back in Sept and have seen little improvement. I posted a question on your page regarding posture and the diaphragm. I am certain this is a contributing factor in my case. Again, thank you!
