Read to Heal Bibliotherapy: Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens at an online book club
Bibliotherapy is the use of the written word to help solve a personal or emotional problem. It can be a poem, a brochure, fiction or nonfiction. It can be clinical, developmental or creative. Bibliotherapy is a passive form of psychoeducation, one of the allowable Focused Psychological Strategies. If you are interested in using books to heal join our bibliotherapeutic group to discuss your thoughts around our book of the month. This month we looked at Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. This is the thoughts of the six attendees.
Next month (19th Feb 25) we are looking at a poem: The Owl and the Pussy Cat. Information of how to join us here: www.coachbayliss.com/blog/read-to-heal-bibliotherapy-at-an-online-book-club

Today, on Rememberance Day, we pay honour to the fallen of WWI and thank them for their service. But, we also recognise the vicarious trauma that war researchers experience, the service of all armed forces across all conflicts, and the trauma of refugees and immigrants who have come to Australia with war conflict in their background.

Collect change to have a better life
มุมมอง 442 ปีที่แล้ว
When you were a child, you collected change to buy your precious things with. As an adult we save our big money to pay for things we need to live!
