That's just the in-game weather, which is based on your real-world location's weather. Mine looks snowy because it was snowing outside. You'll have to move somewhere colder ;)

To buy out the stages? I think you have to actually be on the contract to see that. Maybe even on the stage you want to buy out specifically. I've already got all the mercenary tanks now, except the Sharpshooter, so I can't see that information. But they're totally doable without buying any stages. Especially now that they removed the country requirements.

Watching this still pisses me off. I made some dumb choices. This could have easily been a 7 or 8 kill, 7k damage win instead. I want a do-over.

Look at all your best scouting tanks that apply to the contract stage and play the one with the least amount of hit points. That's what I do. Of course this reply is late, so you may have gotten it by now.

Thanks. I don't upload very consistently, but hopefully I have something to offer. I need to redo all the mercenary contract videos sometime though. They removed the tech tree limitations from contracts now, so as long as the tier and type meet the requirements, you don't need to worry about the country.
