Hi Kristel! I'm SO sorry for the super late response. I just read this now. 🥺 okay so to answer your questions pa rin hehe. 1. I booked my flight separately via Cebu Pacific, it was on sale last September 2019. Maybe they're on sale now! :) 2. You're allowed to bring 7KG + personal bag (backpack would be okay) 3.
